Introduction

After a couple years of “thinking about it” and really just putting it off, I’ve decided to dig into putting my food-based rants into text and image form.

There’s a lot of great (and not-so-great) content out there. My buddy Jay Jeter at https://bhambetweenthebuns.wordpress.com/ has been a great influence. I’ve also watched many of the big YouTube names do fast food videos, but frankly the slavery to google’s algorithms make it all seem a bit hollow.

One particular weakness I may have is that I currently reside in Charlotte, NC, which I would not consider a Fast-Food central place. Many big FF reviewers live in Southern California. I still have the opportunity to travel and check things out occasionally, so we’ll see how it goes.

I have a long background in fast food as an employee and a consumer, but since I now have an excellent white collar job I don’t have to make this a job. That means I can get to it when I feel like it, express my honest opinions, and not try to puff every post into a 10 minute video for ad revenue. Other things you can expect:

• Occasional highbrow restaraunt reviews, wherever I may happen to be
• Recipes and cooking tips
• Occasional dips into alcohol, coffee, and really whatever else
